If you’re a streamer you’re a sole proprietor at a bare minimum in the eyes of the IRS and taxed as such. If you’re generating annual gross revenue over $30,000 you should consider becoming an LLC taxed as an S Corp. You and your community work hard to create your level of success. No point in giving more than you have to, to the IRS.
